Late Arrivals:

Arriving after hours is no problem at all. When you arrive at Solitude Cabins & Lodge, outside of our Main Office door you will find a set of mailboxes attached to the exterior of the building (there are also signs on the office windows with arrows pointing you in that direction). Inside those mailboxes, you will find a key packet with the name that is on your reservation. Inside your packet, will be 2 keys to your cabin and the Solitude Cabins welcome sheet. The welcome sheet will have information about your reservation and the property on the front as well as a map with a highlighted route to your cabin on the back.

Supplies:

Solitude Cabins & Lodge provides preliminary supplies of toilet paper, paper towels, soaps, and other small items for the guest. After these items are used, the guest will be responsible for purchasing these items to cover their needs as they determine necessary. These are not designed to last the length of the guest stay.

Housekeeping:

We do not provide daily housekeeping or daily towel service.

Deposit/Cancellation Policy:

At the time of booking your reservation, half of the full payment is due. 7-days prior to your arrival, we will charge the remaining half to the card on your reservation. If you would like the second half on a different card, please make sure to call in before that 7-day window. If for any reason you must cancel your reservation, you have up until 7-days prior to check-in to cancel with a $75.00 fee; the remainder of your deposit will be credited to the card on your reservation. If you cancel after your full payment has been made, your full payment will be turned into a credit that is good for one full year.

General Policies:

The person booking is at least 21 years or older
The reservation has been made for the CORRECT amount of guests
All units are and must remain SMOKE-FREE. If you smoke in the unit, you will be charged the full amount it costs to restore the cabin to its previous smoke-free state. The minimum cost to return the unit to a smoke-free state is $500.
- Smoking is permitted on the patio/deck of your unit. The guest is responsible for the clean up and disposal.
Pets are NOT allowed on property or in the units. If you have an unapproved pet in your cabin, you will be charged the full amount of what it costs to restore the cabin to its pet-free state. The minimum cost to return a unit to a pet-free state is $500.
- Our subdivision DOES let the cabin owners have one pet registered per cabin. If you suffer from any allergies and would like a pet-free unit, please let us know so we can place you appropriately.
The on-site Hot Tub is by reservation ONLY with 30-minute slots from 10AM to 10PM. Please call the office or walk down to the office to book your reservation during your stay. Towels are provided for you in the hot tub area.
You will not remove any linens, dishware, furniture, or gas grills from the unit and deck
All guest garbage must be placed in the Dumpster at check out. You will find a trash dumpster in each lot. The Recyclable dumpster is in the front office parking lot. Loose recyclable items only.
A fee of $25 will be charged to the card on the reservation for any lost cabin keys
Excessive trash in the unit(s) or on the property will result in a charge for the deep cleaning following the trash cleanup to the card on file as well as for any labor involved.
If your unit is damaged and is deemed “unrentable”, the guest is required to pay a minimum assessment of $500 as well as any charges for any/all damages, replacements, parts, labor, and a 25% upcharge for management fee expenses including any loss of income during demolition/reconstruction for damage repairs incurred.
The management company has the right to move your group to a comparable unit should the one you reserved became unavailable
There are no refunds for early departures, late arrivals, or unused reservations
Reservations and Deposits are non-transferable

Solitude Cabins & Lodge is not responsible for accidents, injury to guests, loss of money, jewelry, or valuables of any kind. Any violations of the aforementioned statements are considered defrauding an innkeeper and could be subject to misdemeanor or felony charges. *
