The Studio: No minimum night requirements.
Trailside Cabin: Two-night minimum all year. For winter, follows Cabins #1-10, below.
Cabins #1-10: Two-night minimum required all year, except:
From January 3 through March 7, 2027, a three night minimum is required on Friday and Saturday arrivals. Two night stays will be accepted if the cabin is not open for three nights.
From July 10 through August 22, 2027, a one week minimum is required.
During these six weeks, Cabins 1, 7, 8, 9, 10 rent Sat-Sat. Cabins 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 rent Sun-Sun.
