Churchill Manor Policies

General Reservation Requirements - Reservations that include Saturdays generally require a 2-night minimum stay. Some holiday weekends that include Saturdays require a 3-night minimum stay.

Special Reservation Requirements for BOTTLEROCK - The 2020 Bottlerock Music Festival is scheduled to take place in Napa on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, May 22nd, 23rd, and 24th, 2020. Churchill Manor requires a four-night minimum stay for this event which includes Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, May 21st, 22nd, 23rd, and 24th, 2020. A non-refundable deposit of $200 will be charged at the time the reservation is made, and the balance will be charged 90 days prior to arrival. Cancellations made with less than 90 days' notice prior to arrival will be liable for the total room charges unless the rooms can be rebooked. Cancelled rooms that Churchill Manor is able to rebook will be refunded, less the $200 non-refundable deposit plus a cancellation fee of $50.00 per room per night.

Room Rates - Room prices are for single or double occupancy. Base Rate is subject to a 15% transient occupancy tax.

Smoking - No smoking is permitted inside the mansion. Smoking is permitted in a designated area only outside the mansion.

Pets - We do not permit guest pets. We have a cat (named Eddie), who resides outside only.

Cancellation Policy
Except as noted above for the Bottlerock Music Festival, Churchill Manor imposes no fees or charges for cancellations received outside of the following cancellation policy periods:
Cancellation Policy for 1 – 4 room nights: Cancellations made with less than 21 days' notice prior to the arrival date will be liable for the total room charges unless the room(s) can be re-booked. Cancelled rooms that Churchill Manor is able to rebook are refunded in full, less a $25.00 cancellation fee per room per night.
Cancellation Policy for 5 – 9 room nights: Cancellations made with less than 30 days' notice prior to the arrival date will be liable for the total room charges unless the room(s) can be re-booked. Cancelled rooms that Churchill Manor is able to rebook are refunded in full, less a $25.00 cancellation fee per room per night.
Cancellation Policy for 10 – 15 room nights: PLEASE CALL AN INNKEEPER TO DISCUSS POLICY.

Group Reservations - For reservations for 16 or more room nights, group bookings, or special events, please call 800-799-7733 to make your reservation as cancellation policies will differ.
