IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Cancellation Policy: The $30 deposit is non-refundable if you cancel your room. You will be charged full price for the room if you cancel less than 14 days before your reservation dates. When you stay, the $30 deposit goes towards your final balance.

Pets: While we love animals, we do not allow pets to ensure the comfort of all our guests. We do allow service animals with paperwork proof. Thank you for understanding!

Children: Well-behaved and supervised children are welcome. Since our rates are for one or two people per room, there is an additional fee of $20 a day for children and $25 a day fee for adults after the original two. Children under the age of 2 are free.

Smoking: The Woodrow House is a non-smoking facility (this includes the Suites and the Caboose). You are welcome to smoke outside on either the porches or balconies, but nowhere inside the House. Ashtrays are available on the patio tables. Check in and Check out Times: Please try and check in between 3:00-7:00 pm. If you need an earlier or later time, please contact the innkeepers to make arrangements.

Check out is at 11:00 am. If you would like to check out at a later time, please contact the innkeepers. Additional fees may be imposed depending on your check out time.

Breakfast Times: A full country breakfast is served every morning in the Main house. Breakfast is served in the dining room, but you are always welcome to sit outside on the patio or take breakfast back to your room. Monday-Friday 7:30-9:00am Saturday and Sunday 8:30-10:00am. *During some special event weekends we may adjust the time to accommodate early graduations or early football games.

Pool and Hot Tub: Woodrow House Bed and Breakfast has a beautiful outdoor pool and hot tub. (Seasonal) Pool Hours are 8:00 am-10:00 pm. We do not have a lifeguard on duty so all children must have adult supervision at all times while in the pool area. Our pool area also includes over-sized Scrabble, Backgammon, Chess and Checkers built into the pool deck for your enjoyment.

Two Night Minimums: Most weekends require a two-night minimum. All Special event weekends require a two-night minimum stay. This includes all TTU Home football games and TTU Graduations.
