Terms and conditions

If canceled 14 days or more prior to arrival, there will be a refund of deposit.
Maximum persons per unit are as follows:
The Cottage : 7 Guests ( counting 2 Guests each in 2 King and 1 Queen bed)
The Lookout: 2 Guests
The Nook: 2 Guests
The Haven: 2 Guests
The Nest: 2 Guests
The Cabana: 4 Guests
Additional person charge is $25/night per person SOME UNITS CANNOT HANDLE EXTRA PEOPLE, PLEASE CALL OFFICE
DOG friendly units are ONLY unit specific. PLEASE CALL OFFICE FOR DETAILS, ANY DAMAGE TO UNIT, ADDITIONAL FEES APPLY.
Check out time 10:00am Check in time 4:00pm
One parking space is offered with unit FREE of charge. If additional parking is needed please call the office.
We do not offer daily maid service but we would be happy to exchange your linens or towels anytime during your stay.
We do have a pool for your enjoyment. Please take notice there is NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY. NO DIVING ALLOWED. NO RUNNING IN POOL AREA. CHILDREN MUST have adult supervision at all times.

There is no refund for late arrivals or early departures.

There are no security deposits taken, but if something happens to the property while you are visiting let’s talk it over and be fair in the resolution or repair.

Dogs are ONLY allowed in certain units and must be approved by staff and carry a pet fee.

ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING IN UNITS, $300 FEE is charged for any evidence of smoke in units., if you smoke in the unit’s patio area, all windows and doors must be closed to keep smoke out. OF course you will pick up any butts.

No Smoking around the pool, please respect others.
