We’re delighted you’re considering a stay with us! Before completing your reservation, please review the following important information regarding our two properties, payment requirements, and cancellation policies.

The Mackinac House Boutique Hotel vs. Above Mackinac Condos

The Mackinac House Boutique Hotel and Above Mackinac Condos are two separate properties located in different areas of Mackinac Island.

Units 201, 202 & 301

Above Mackinac Condos are extended-stay rentals. They book Saturday to Saturday in season, May-October.

Please double-check the property you are reserving before completing your booking. If you have any questions or are unsure which property or accommodation you have selected, please call us. We are always happy to help!

Occupancy & Additional Guests

All rates are based on single or double occupancy. Additional guests are $20 per guest, per night.

It is important that you provide an accurate number of guests when making your reservation, including all adults and children. This allows us to properly prepare for your stay and ensures that your reservation accurately reflects everyone in your party.

Any guests who were not included in the original reservation will be added to the reservation and the applicable $20 per guest, per night charge will be collected upon arrival.

Please review your guest count carefully before completing your reservation. If the number of guests in your party changes before your arrival, simply contact us so we can update your reservation.

The Mackinac House — Payment & Cancellation Policy

Reservations for The Mackinac House must be paid in full at the time of booking.

Cancellations must be received at least 14 days prior to arrival to receive a refund, less a 5% cancellation fee based on the pre-tax reservation total.

Reservations cancelled with less than 14 days' notice are non-refundable. No exceptions.

Above Mackinac Condos — Payment & Cancellation Policy

Above Mackinac Condo reservations require a 50% deposit at the time of booking.

Cancellations must be received at least 30 days prior to arrival to receive a refund, less a 5% cancellation fee based on the pre-tax reservation total.

Reservations cancelled with less than 30 days' notice are non-refundable. No exceptions.

Condo Cleaning Fees

Cleaning fees for Above Mackinac Condos are not included in the reservation totals displayed online and will be added to your final bill before payment is processed:

2-Bedroom Condos: $100 cleaning fee
4-Bedroom Condo: $200 cleaning fee

By completing your reservation, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and agree to the applicable property, payment, occupancy, and cancellation policies.
