BOATS: Availability is limited. If your requested boat is unavailable, you will be notified.
DATE REQUIREMENTS: Saturday* arrival or departure required for stays mid June - mid August. (*Sunday for Red Pine Retreat)
GRAND VERMILION CHALET UNITS: Rent either all four units as “Grand Vermilion Chalet” OR individual townhouses- “Lighthouse”, “Beacon”, “Moorings” or “Harbor View”. Townhouses may not be rented concurrently with the entire Grand Vermilion Chalet, as these are units of the same building.
CANCELLATIONS: With early notification of at least 60 days prior to your arrival date, we will gladly refund your deposit, less a fee of $50 for each cabin/unit or 3.5% of your deposit paid, whichever is greater, if we are able to re-book your space with a new, like reservation. Or, if space not re-booked, your deposit may be applied to a future stay. With notification less than 60 days prior to your arrival date, no refunds will apply. In the case of late notification, 30 days or fewer before your arrival date, full payment is owed. No refunds for early departures.
PET POLICY: We welcome well-controlled pets to our “pet friendly zone,” which includes the point area, wooded trails, and our eight pet-friendly
cabins. Other cabins must remain pet-free, to protect individuals with allergies or aversions. We encourage use of the wooded hiking trail, beginning at the sport court or Spirit Wind, for dog walks. Leashed dogs may also be walked on the paved resort loop, only if they are okay with encountering friendly, unleashed resort dogs in the lodge area. Please use a leash, clean up after your pet, and report and be responsible for any damage your pet may cause. We recommend use of portable kennels in cabins. Please do not bring dogs with aggressive or destructive tendencies. Local kennels are available for pets that may cause disturbance or damage.
PRIVACY: We do not sell, rent or share any of your personal information with any other party including any third-party joint promoters, nor use it for unapproved commercial purposes. The information you provide will be used for direct communication with you regarding a reservation or to provide you with resort brochures/flyers by mail and email newsletters. You may opt out of these correspondences at any point.
SECURITY: Your payment and personal information is always safe. Our Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software is the industry standard and among the best software available today for secure commerce transactions. It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read over the internet.
