Deposit Policy: 50% deposit at the time of reservation (7 day grace period on check payments. Credit/Debit card on file will be charged after 1 week.) Remaining 50% due upon check-in.

Cancellation Policy:  The time of your vacation has been specially reserved for you. You are responsible for the full length of your reserved stay. No credit is given for late arrivals or early departures. We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel, please notify us as soon as possible, and we will make every effort to re-book your reservation. If we are able to fill your dates, a refund will be issued minus a $25 administrative fee for RV & tent reservations or a $50 administrative fee for cabin reservations, along with any applicable credit card processing fees. If we are unable to re-book your dates, the deposit will be forfeited. No-shows will be charged the full amount of their reservation. Changing your reservation dates is considered a cancellation of your original booking and a new reservation. Because summer weekends and peak dates are limited and in high demand, shifting a reservation often prevents another guest from booking original dates and may result in lost availability for others. Weekday RV and tent reservations may be rescheduled to earlier dates when space allows, at management discretion. All date changes are subject to availability and approval. Our goal is to be fair to our guests while also protecting our ability to operate a small seasonal business.
