*A 50% deposit of the total room reservation is required to reserve all rooms.*

Please refer to our Policies and Restrictions section for further information regarding reservation deposits, cancellation policies, and applicable fees. In the event of a cancellation made outside of the cancellation period, the deposit will be subject to a 20% cancellation fee. Cancellations made within the cancellation period will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
