***PLEASE NOTE***

Deposit Policy: 50% deposit at the time of reservation (7 day grace period on check payments. Credit/Debit card on file will be charged after 1 week.) Remaining 50% due upon check-in.

As a small business, we offer two deposit payment options:
• We can charge your card for the deposit plus a 3.99% processing fee at the time of booking.
• Or, you may mail a check for the deposit within 7 days to avoid the processing fee. If we do not receive a check within the 7-day grace period, we will process the payment using your card on file (including the 3.99% fee).

Cancellation Policy:  The time of your vacation has been especially reserved for you. You are responsible for the full length of your reserved stay. No credit is given for late arrivals or early departures. However, we completely understand that things may come up and in the event of needing to cancel, please let us know as soon as possible and we will make every attempt to re-book the reservation. If we are successful in filling your reservation, you will be entitled to a full refund less a $25 admin fee.
