Office Hours - Glen oaks Big Sur office is open 8am to 9pm Daily. Check in is any time after 3pm. Guests wishing to check in after closing times should contact the front desk to arrange a late arrival.

Change & Cancellation Policy:
One night’s room and tax deposit are charged at the time of booking. Should a guest need to cancel or modify a reservation, guests must notify us at least 7 days in advance of their arrival date. We charge a $30 cancellation fee. Cancellations or changes made inside of 7 days of the arrival date will result in the forfeiture of the deposit. No-shows will result in the forfeiture of all nights of your stay. A room can be cancelled with no penalty within 24 hours of making the reservation, outside of 72 hours. Bridge House - Should a guest need to cancel or modify a reservation, guests must notify us at least 30 days in advance of their arrival date. We charge a 5% cancellation fee. Cancellations or changes made inside of 30 days of the arrival date will result in the forfeiture of the deposit. No-shows will result in the forfeiture of all nights of your stay.

Maximum Room Occupancy:
There is typically a maximum of two guests per room for most of our accommodations. If you are traveling with a third adult or an infant/child, please call the Front Desk so they can ensure you have booked a room that can accommodate you. Some rooms have a minimum age requirement of 5 to stay.

Group Policy:
Glen Oaks Big Sur considers 4 or more rooms traveling to the Big Sur area to attend or participate in the same event to be a group. If you are hosting an event please contact our event coordinator to set up a room block at events@glenoaksbigsur.com. If you are a guest traveling for an event you must book directly as the cancelation policy will be different. Smoking Policy:
Glen Oaks Big Sur is smoke-free (including e-cigarettes), in guestrooms and on property. We have a designated smoking area.

Pet Policy:
Glen Oaks Big Sur does not allow pets on property. However, service animals that are trained to perform tasks or assist with disabilities are permitted. Please note that pets that do not meet these criteria, including emotional support or comfort animals, are not permitted.

Noise and Party Policy:
Out of respect for all of our guests, we enforce quiet hours between 10pm and 8am. There is a two person maximum in most rooms. If we receive noise complaints about your room, resulting in compensation to the disturbed parties you will be liable for the additional costs.

While Glen Oaks warmly welcomes guests of all ages, the environment caters more toward an adult experience.
