TERMS & POLICIES:

RATES: All rates are based on double occupancy, 2 children aged 11 or under may stay free. Extra guests are charged as follows: children aged 11 or under: $20 per child, per night & adults or children 12 and older: $30 per person, per night. Must be 21 years or older with a valid ID and credit card to make a reservation.

RESERVATION DEPOSITS: A deposit of one-half or one-night, whichever is greater, is required to secure all reservations

CANCELLATIONS & AMENDMENTS: All cancellations must be in writing. Cancellations made between booking date and 24 hours prior to arrival will result in a forfeiture of the entire deposit. Cancellations made within 24 hours of arrival date will result in a forfeiture of the full amount of the stay. Should you need to cancel this reservation, please email us at info@atlanticbreezesuites.com. **COVID 19 is no longer considered to be an extenuating circumstance for cancellation and will be subject to fees as noted in cancellation policy.**

CHECK-IN TIME: Anytime after 3:00 PM

CHECK-OUT TIME: Anytime before 10:00 AM

PAYMENTS ACCEPTED AT CHECK-IN: Cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover. Sorry, we do not accept Personal Checks.

PARKING: One on-site parking space is included in the nightly rate. Additional parking spaces are available on a limited basis at a charge of $20 per night. If you plan to have an extra car, please notify us ahead of time to make arrangements.

SMOKING: Our entire facility is smoke-free, including all balconies. There is a cleaning fee of $250 for any room that has been smoked in or has the odor of smoke. There is a designated smoking area in our carport.

PETS: Pets are not allowed. Service animals are welcome, we do not allow emotional support animals. There is a cleaning fee of $250 for any room that has any evidence of pets
