Cancellation Policy
• Should you cancel 30 days prior to your stay, you'll forfeit a 1-night stay.
• If you cancel between 15-30 days, you will receive 50% of your deposit.
• Cancellations of 14 days or less will forfeit the entire deposit.

Smoking
Please limit smoking to outside of your cabins and put all butts in ashtrays and leave the ashtrays outside the cabin at all times. If we find that you have been burning anything in the cabins, you agree to a $1,000 cleaning surcharge to be charged to the credit card on file.

Pets
We personally love pets but due to liability and out of respect for subsequent guests that will stay in your cabin, there are NO PETS allowed in the cabins or on the property of River Spruce. If we find evidence of or see pets going in or out of your cabins, you agree to a $250 cleaning surcharge to be charged to the credit card on file.
