• Chickadee: July 11-13, 2025; priced at $780/night + tax for 4 guests.
• Breakers: July 31-August 3, 2025; priced at $530/night + tax for 2 guests.
• Breakers: August 8-10, 2025; priced at $494/night + tax for 2 guests.
• Breakers: August 15-17, 2025; priced at $429/night + tax for 2 guests.
