The Belleair Beach Club is a privately-owned company and reserves the right to refuse service to anyone. The resort, its management, and employees are not responsible for accidents or injuries to guests, nor are they responsible for loss of valuables of any kind. Guests are responsible for any damage that may occur in their room, or on the property during their stay.

By signing my name, I consent to the policies listed below. I also agree that, if policy violations are deemed severe enough by management, I may be asked to leave the property and will not receive a refund for any days that fall within the cancellation policy notice period. I also consent that I am liable for all charges incurred during my stay. I hereby authorize the resort to collect any charges listed below.

OCCUPANCY: You will be charged up to $250 per night for each guest that is found staying in your unit that exceeds the maximum occupancy (Studio = 2 ppl / Other Rooms = 4 ppl). Exceptions may be made for ONE small child per unit.

CANCELLATION AND EARLY DEPARTURE: Cancellation of any part of your stay requires 72 hours notice. Different cancellation policies apply to the peak season months of Feb - April (2 week notice required). You will be charged for each night that is not cancelled within the policy notice period that pertains to your reservation.

NO SMOKING: Smoking is NOT permitted in any unit, or in most common areas. Guests who violate this policy may be charged up to $250. Smoking is permitted on the sundeck near the beach, or in the parking area.

PETS: The resort allows one small dog (25 lbs max) to stay in certain rooms for an additional fee of $25/night. The owners of unregistered or oversize pets found on property will be subject to double the normal fees. Dogs are not permitted in the pool area or on the beach, with the exception of certified service animals. Official paperwork must be provided upon request.

HOUSEKEEPING: For stays of 4 days or longer, housekeeping will be offered one time, or once weekly. Please request housekeeping on a specific day at the front desk. For stays of 3 days or less, housekeeping is not provided. Fresh towels and toiletries may be requested in the office.

EXCESSIVE CLEANING / USE: A $50 cleaning fee may apply if garbage and/or dirty dishes left inside room are deemed excessive by management. Replacement of ruined towels and bedding will be charged at 150% retail value.

KEYS: A maximum of two keys will be issued for each room. There is a $75 fee for lost keys.

MUSIC / NOISE: All guests are required to keep music/noise at a respectful volume; especially after 9:30 p.m. Guests who violate this policy may be evicted from the property.

POOL: Pool hours are from 8 a.m. - 9 p.m. There is no lifeguard on duty and guests use the pool at their own risk. Diving/jumping into the pool is prohibited, as are large inflatables and boogie boards. All children under the age of 16 must be supervised by an adult. The resort reserves the right to close the pool at any time.

SECURITY DEPOSIT: Upon check-in, your credit card may be authorized for up to $500 as a security deposit. The hold will be released after the unit is inspected upon check-out. Any damages in the unit will be charged accordingly.
